Inspired by resourceful street traders along with authentic family recipes passed down through countless generations, Aquacasia brings together genuine dishes from the isles of Comoros, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Reunion, Indonesia and Western Australia. Guests are encouraged to explore the south of Mauritius, rather than being separated from it.

A tour of the Bois Cheri Tea Factory – who have been making tea for over 100 years – is a must, as well as guided walks and private picnics amongst dramatic landscapes.
