Interview | George Coetzee
Well, George, as you, not only are the venue defending champion, but you’re a regular visitor to Mauritius. Wish you all the best this week. Tell us a little bit more about Mauritius through the eyes of George Coetzee.
Yeah, uh, I obviously been there a couple a times. Really enjoy the place, uh, I mean all the activities they have to offer. You can get really busy without playing any golf at all. But, I’m obviously here for one reason and that’s to play some golf. The golf course is in great condition, I think we all should have quite a lot of fun this week.
Well just talking about the golf question, being successfulhere, how does that help you going into this tournament?
I don’t think it helps though. (laughs) I think it creates a bit of expectation, but, um, no I’m just trying to just, uh, enjoy the golf course. I really enjoy it though. I mean, it suits my eye pretty well and I’m- I’ve played well before and it’s just kind of, kind of stay in the moment and not think that the I played, uh, better than anybody else and try get a good number.
